October Membership Meeting and CLE

Please come join BASIL members for our October - Fall membership meeting and CLE!

BASIL will be hosting members for a free dinner at Bella Milano 455 Regency Park, O'Fallon, IL 62269 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

The membership meeting following dinner will discuss the following agenda items:

1.  Seminar updates

2.  Treasurer’s Report

3.  Secretary’s Report/Minutes

4.  New Business - a) Executive Officer Vacancy - Those interested in working as a BASIL Officer please contact one of the currently serving officers: President - Chris Smith, Vice-President-Amanda Wiese or Treasurer-Cherie MacDonald by email.

5.  CLE presented by Judge Laura Grandy - "Bankruptcy Practice Tips and Recent Case Law".  The materials for the CLE are attached here.

We will take suggestions for agenda items as well; please contact one of your BASIL officers to add any discussion items to the agenda:  Chris Smith, Amanda Wiese and Cherie Macdonald.
