The 2026 BASIL Annual Bankruptcy Seminar will be held in person at the Regency Conference Center in O'Fallon Illinois on Friday, April 17, 2026. If you are not a BASIL member, you must first register as a BASIL member (FREE for 2026) here.
We will have bankruptcy Judges from the Eastern District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois and Central District of Illinois! Several Trustees from across the MO and Illinois bankruptcy districts as well as Creditor/Debtor attorneys and others will be joining us. We have also applied for ethics hours! This is a great, one stop shop to network, have a meal with those involved in the bankruptcy world as well as learn about current trends.
