February Membership Meeting and CLE

Please come join BASIL members for our February - membership meeting and CLE!

BASIL will be hosting members for a free dinner at Bella Milano 455 Regency Park, O'Fallon, IL 62269 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

The membership meeting following dinner will discuss the following agenda items:

1.  Seminar updates

2.  Treasurer’s Report

3.  Secretary’s Report/Minutes

4.  The Executive Committee is taking nominations (self-made or submitted by a surrogate) for any who may be interested in serving on one of the open positions for the Board of Directors and for any current Board members who wish to renew their Board term of service.  Please send your nomination to a member of the Executive Committee.  The BASIL Board of Directors will be having their Annual Meeting during the seminar lunch and will consider the nominations.  

5.  CLE presented by Assistant UST attorneys Jamie Wiley and Mark Skaggs - "The New Subchapter V provisions of Chapter 11".  (Illinois MCLE credit approval pending)
