Information Regarding TEN (Free Financial Management Course Offered by Chp 13 R. Simon Office

We appreciate your use of the TEN online course.

TEN has made improvements to simplify the registration process for Debtors. As of September 1, 2025, Trustee Identifier Numbers (TEN13xxx) are no longer used for registration. All debtors taking the TEN course at 13Class.com must provide the following:

1. Case number in short format: YY-NNNNN (One dash. No letters)

2. Last-4 SSN

3. Unique email address for each debtor taking the course

Spouses register one at a time, use separate email addresses, and take the course individually. They can use the same computer, but not at the same time.

Everyone is encouraged to contact Technical Support through the 13Class.com website for assistance, not the trustee’s office or attorney's office. The TEN brochure is being revised to reflect the changes and will be available for distribution as soon as possible.

The course will be unavailable for 48 hours to implement the changes beginning approximately August 27th. Please forward all or part of this email to every member of your Debtor Bar and ask them to inform each of their debtors for future use in taking or re-taking the course.
