BASIL has been contacted regarding the following:

I am reaching out to ask for your help in supporting a special statewide survey of Illinois lawyers that was emailed last week. The Illinois Supreme Court Commission’s Lawyers’ Assistance Program (LAP) has launched a first-of-its-kind survey to better understand the services and programs that can best support lawyers facing mental health, substance use, gambling, and wellness challenges. We know that The Bankruptcy Association of the Southern District of Illinois plays a vital role in this effort.

We would be very grateful if you could share the attached announcement graphic or text box through your email communications or social media channels. Our goal is to achieve the broadest possible reach in survey responses to help guide and strengthen LAP’s work moving forward.
